Honey Rye Black Walnut Cookies, Small Batch, 1 Cookie

Made with rye flour, browned butter, honey, and New England black walnuts wild foraged and processed by me, these cookies have a rich, toasty flavor you won’t find in ordinary chocolate chip or sugar cookies. The rye adds a warm, malty depth, while honey softens the edges and lets the bold black walnut shine.
